| 487th | Sixteen bombers of this Squadron took off at 9:15 A.M. to again attack troop concentrations at Rimini, Italy. Due to a complete coverage at the initial point and over the target it was impossible to bomb. Six planes were holed as a result of the accurate flak encountered at the target area. Hydraulic system in 7Y was shot out, but they succeeded in landing safely. |
